I say Yes & No, depending on the level of psychological problems the person charged have. Like Anders Breivik (the Norwegian dude) who is considered to be just narcissistic unlike Hitler who had mental problems. If you disagree please :cyberbully:

I agree with Meckles. I always sort of thought it was a violation of the 4th (or whatever) amendment that prohibited the use of cruel and unusual punishment, and it's sort of the thing that fascist governments would use.

also there's always the off chance that someone will be put on death row, even though the evidence proves he's not responsible.


But you know that would never happen.

It also annoys me when people say it's cheaper. There are TONS of fucking costs to legally ice a nigga. Everyone thinks it's as simple as banging the gavel and throwin a suckas ass in the chair.
