| I agree with Meckles. I always sort of thought it was a violation of the 4th (or whatever) amendment that prohibited the use of cruel and unusual punishment, and it's sort of the thing that fascist governments would use. also there's always the off chance that someone will be put on death row, even though the evidence proves he's not responsible.
